The ALI BEDNI BUGYAL is a breathtaking journey through the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. This trail takes you across two of India’s most beautiful alpine meadows—Ali and Bedni Bugyal—surrounded by magnificent views of Mt. Trishul and Nanda Ghunti. The route winds through dense oak and rhododendron forests, peaceful villages, and sacred spots like Bedni Kund.

At an altitude of around 12,500 feet, the trek offers panoramic Himalayan vistas and rich biodiversity. Perfect for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts, this moderate-level trek blends adventure, culture, and tranquility. Best explored in summer or autumn, it begins from Lohajung village and takes about 6–7 days to complete, leaving trekkers mesmerized by nature’s grandeur.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

  • Age: 7 Years.
  • First timer can apply; previous trekking experience is more appreciated.
  • The trekker must be fit and have sufficient stamina to cover 4 km of distance in 35 minutes without a stress.
  • Maximum age depends on your fitness level
  • The climber should be able to carry a 10-12 kg backpack.
